We seek an Art Director who is enthusiastic about good design and innovative ideas. You are well-versed in brand identity, corporate design, and brand communication, feeling comfortable in both analog and digital arenas. You excel in developing extraordinary, cross-channel concepts, translating them into sophisticated designs with confidence, and implementing them with precision. Your tendency to think outside the box and a desire for continuous self-improvement are essential. You take pride in actively influencing your team’s quality standards and setting new benchmarks. Your sense of responsibility and decisiveness are key strengths. You impress clients with your technical expertise and enjoy presenting your ideas. What You Should Bring

For the Art Director position, you should have at least 3 years of professional experience and proficiency in industry-standard tools. Your ability to translate strong concepts into appealing visuals is crucial. This includes not only design skills but also the ability to sketch ideas through text, mood boards, and rough sketches. If you can craft an apt headline for your concepts, that's a bonus. Creating convincing presentations is part of your regular workflow. We are looking for an ambitious colleague who will contribute passion and positive energy to our team. You should adapt easily to our flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes. Since we also work internationally, a good command of written and spoken English is essential.
