T-Link Masterbrand

L&L Products

Just one product, hundreds of applications

We developed a brand campaign for the complex product T-Link.

The innovative polymer, developed by L&L Products, is available as transparent and foamed film, powder, unidirectional tape, mono- or multifilament, or coated yarn. This variety of material customization allows to produce irregularly shaped components. It is a lightweight but high-rigidity material that is impact resistant even when consolidated into a continuous composite fiber. T-Link is used in the automotive, aerospace and sports equipment industries, as well as for safety apparel such as vests and helmets, and provides excellent impact protection at a much lower weight.

We designed the logo, a variety of communication materials and a product video explaining the features and benefits of T-Link.

The challenge was implementingthe product features, even within the logo design.

Small details, big impact

The sharp diagonal cuts in the joints of the bold letters of the logo stand for the unlimited possibilities of shapes and applications. The chain link symbol – as a hyphen between T and LINK – emphasizes the indissoluble connection between the materials.

In designing the logo for the various media formats, red is contrasted with black and white photography to create a contemporary look and solid visual unity. We additionally played with cutouts of the logo, they serve as a graphic design element.
